Order Processing & Estimated Delivery Times
All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once the order has been shipped. Please note, processing times do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
UPS Saver or UPS Ground (within the US): 2-6 business days
USPS Priority or UPS Ground Shipping (within the US): 2-7 business days
USPS Express or UPS Next Day Air (within the US): 1 business day
International FedEx or DHL Express: Shipping times vary per country. Please allow up to 3-10 business days for international orders
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can also log into your Yahn Vanziano account on our website to check your order status.

Item Not Received (Stolen)
Once shipped, all orders will receive a tracking number. If you did not receive your order but the tracking shows that your package was delivered, please ask your neighbors, leasing office, door man or mail carrier if they accidentally misplaced your package.
Yahn Vanziano is not responsible for porch theft or packages stolen after the tracking shows it was delivered. Customers are responsible for submitting an address that is safe for delivery carriers to leave packages. We also strongly encourage customers to rent a private mailbox that is safe to receive packages.
Return to Sender Due to Incorrect Address
If a package was returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to resend the package. Customers are responsible for submitting their correct address that includes the apartment/unit number if applicable.
Taxes & Duties
International Orders:
For orders shipping to a country on our DDP list, taxes and duties can be prepaid at checkout or are already included in the product price. The total is shown at checkout.
For orders shipping to a country on our DDU list, the order will be subject to duties and taxes upon receipt and payable by the customer.
