Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

We accept returns on full price merchandise that is unused, in the original packaging and has a return request made within 30 days of purchase. Please note, items purchased at a 25% or more discounts are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. 

All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging (including boxes and dustbags) with tags still attached. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed damaged - scratched, worn or not in their original packaging.

A 10% restocking/depreciation fee in addition to the shipping fee we paid on your behalf if you received free shipping, will be deducted from your refund.  Please note that if you choose to exchange your order, the restocking/depreciation fee will be waived. 

Customers are responsible for the cost of their returns. If we provide you with a pre-printed return shipping label, the cost of your return shipping label will be deducted from your refund. If you received free shipping when purchasing the item, the shipping fee we paid on your behalf will be deducted from your refund.  The same shipping fee rules apply in the case of exchanges. Returns are very expensive. For example, it may cost us $40 to ship a bag from Atlanta to California. If you return the product, it will cost another $40 to ship it back from California to our office in Atlanta. This $80 shipping fee total would be deducted from your refund.

If your order was placed within the US, all sales taxes will be refunded. For International orders, shipping, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Yahn Vanziano.

Yahn Vanziano reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be issued.

For international orders, if an item is returned because a customer refused to pay their country’s import taxes or customs duties, Yahn Vanziano will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by Yahn Vanziano. Please note that if you refuse to pay custom duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us.

Please allow 5-8 business days for refunds to be processed once your return has been received by our warehouse.

How to Return and Order

USA Returns:

For domestic USA return requests, please submit your return request by emailing us at hello@vanziano.com

Once you have submitted a return request, you will be provided with a shipping label via email with detailed return instructions. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please do not ship your return without a proper return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed. The cost of your return shipping label will be deducted from your return.

International Returns:

Exchanges
